Since the beginning of Tommie Sjef, roughly every year we’ve released a magnum bottle (1.5 liter) filled with something special. By popular request we are now also offering two 75cl bottles of Zes: one to drink now and one for aging.

For me personally, I love to work with only the beer, without fruit, and enjoying the varieties in taste from barrel to barrel. Discovering all those different characteristics and trying to make the perfect blend with only that which is available momentarily is the most exciting.
