100% Carignan. Organic viticulture, unfiltered, unfined, low added sulphur. Cranberry and pomegranate plus a slight nutty quality, earth and spice on the nose. The palate is aromatic and light bodied with sour cherry, strawberry and bright acidity evolving to sweeter potpourri-like floral notes and a lingering savoury finish.
