100% Cabernet Franc. Natural, Organic, Biodynamic, Wild Yeast & Amphora Fermented. On the nose you'll find aromas of cherry, blackcurrant and cranberry. On the palate more cranberry and also some herbaceous notes with excellent acidity. Delicious slightly chilled.  Pair with strong fish, light meat or herby veg such as fennel.
