85 % Grüner Veltliner 15% Neuburger. Certified orgnaic, unfiltered, unfined. Rich deep amber colour, aromas of ripe golden plums and apricots, soft and velvety in the mouth with a hint of lees spice on the finish. Pair w/ Offal such as lamb’s sweetbreads and kidneys, roast pork with apples, mushrooms and cheese.
