Sustainable; environmentally-friendly and sustainable production techniques are used in the vineyard; natural weed control, organic fertilisation, spring de-budding and green harvesting in July if necessary to control the yield. 

Lifted aromas of elderflower cordial, Victoria plums and hints of grass. The palate is filled with gooseberry fool infused with elderflower and hints of summer fruit. A good aperitif or with asparagus, seafood and fish in creamy sauces.
