100% Pinot Noir. Organic, unfilted, unfined, indigenous yeast, 50% whole bunch. Smoky and peppery nose but smooth and soft in the middle palate finishing with long savoury cherry and violet character. There's a beautiful drive through the wine from the dry growing and schist of this vineyard. A good bit of air brings out the perfume.
