100% Pinot Noir. (Organic). Traditional winemaking w/daily pumping over during maceration. A warmer climate Pinot offering great value with all the hallmarks of the variety. Light and fresh, easy drinking but with dark cherry and vegetal notes. Try with boeuf Bourguignon, duck, rabbit and other small game, salmon, mushrooms & truffles.
