100% Chenin Blanc. The nose has aromas of bright citrus fruits, apple blossom, honeysuckle, and sea salt. Flavours of fleshy yellow fruit, orange peel, and bergamot combine with a tangy mineral core. The finish is slightly herbal. Pair with white meats, Patés, sweet & sour sauces, cheese (made from cow’s milk).
