Since the autumn of 2020, our first sparkling wines are also ready, BRUUT. For these wines we make assemblies between the different vineyards, hence the separately chosen name.

Several cuvées will appear. The basic cuvée will mature sur lattes for a minimum of 15 months. In time we will also release BRUUT with a maturation of 24 months and longer.

Just like with our still wines, the grapes are grown and picked by hand with the greatest care. With the utmost respect for nature and the environment. Our BRUUT is uncut elegant!
