Prosecco Bernardi BIO NV, Organic Prosecco, off dry but very well balanced sugar, delightful clean fruit, lengthy finish, excellent easy organic Fizz. This wine took a few years in the development, sourcing high quality, organic fruit and making an elegant Prosecco, with good concentration but not too much sugar. The result is delicious, very clean, classic light pear drop notes, fresh green and citrus fruits, lovely balance and freshness, an excellent easy aperitif wine.
