60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Ugni Blanc. Light Filter. A pale straw in colour. On the nose scents of dried herbs, white flowers and green olives with a touch of citrus to bring up the rear. On the palate fresh and crisp with citrus flavours and a refreshing finish of green apples.
