100% Tempranillo. Biodynamic viciulture, indiginous yeast, unfiltered, unfined. Deep red in colour with intense aromas of ripe black fruits, black pepper and spices. The palate is full bodied with black cherries, sweet spices and liquorice. (This wine is very similar to Ribera del Duero Tempranillo) Pair w/ Roast lamb, stews or mature cheese.
