100% Albillo. Biodynamic (not cert). Unfiltered, unfined, indiginous yeast, low added sulphur. Pinky, peachy orange colour. Aromas of pear drop, banana, pear, with some stone fruit and lilac. Palate is dry with high acidity, slightly salty with pear and some herby lavender. Textured and long. Pair w/stuffed pepeprs/courgette flowers. VEGAN.
