100% Torontel. Orgnaic, unfined, unfiltered, indiginous yeast. Citrus with saline notes, long and fresh ends, shows the cold climate and the influence of the granitic rocks. The aromas are austere in the glass but they really show the intensity of flavours once in the mouth.
