An overdue match up with our pals from the North East paved the way for this mind-bending Sour DIPA. We’ve been planning a merging of styles with the hazy champions from Alpha Delta since pre-lockdown times, and now the time has come for us to collaborate by bringing our favourite styles together. We used one of our joint favourite hops – Strata – for big citrus, passionfruit and herbaceous hoppy aromatics, reimagined with a sherbet zing from our house mixed-culture
