New and old, bright as gold. Citra - in both pellet and cryo form - receives our everlasting love and in return bestows it's signature tropical, punchy lime. A new favourite, NZH 101 from NZ Hop's Bract Brewing Programme, unleashes false memories. First, a blast of aroma from scraping a zester across the skin of a super ripe mandarin, followed by biting into the juiciest slice of watermelon you've ever had in your life. The pillowiest of soft malt bases allows us to celebrate everything these two hop varieties have to offer.
