Brewed in June of 2018, we aged this version of our El Cautro for over a year in first-use Oregon Pinot barrels from Domaine Drouhin prior to transferring onto freshly-pressed pinot noir grape skins from the same winery, again in first-use Oregon pinot barrels from DD. Rich in tannins from those grape skins, this beer will age magnificently! We are honored to represent fancy beer without pretension. Just with a mustache and a pinto.
