Azacca four ways IPA
All 'Sold My Soul' beers are special, but this one is a particular treat. With the help of Yakima Chief Hops we've managed to source fresh Azacca® leaf, immediately frozen after picking. We designed the recipe around the wet hops in the boil, embellishing with Azacca® T90, Cryo and Lupomax in different stages of the beer.
