This ambitious collaboration with Prairie Artisan Ales started with a Saison base and then embarked on an epic blending schedule using white wine barrel aged Calypso, white wine barrel aged Soundwave and Funky Feet. The result is a light ale with a funky brett character with a refreshing acidity and dry finish.
