These fruit beers are brewed at All Saints in Stamford using the original manually operated kit. They are then transported to Samuel Smith for blending and maturation. There is lovely balance to the sweetness of the raspberries with a slight sourness on the finish.

Originally founded in 1758, the Old Brewery in Tadcaster became home to Samuel Smith Brewery in 1886 and has remained independent ever since. With water still drawn from a well dating back to 1758 and a yeast strain over 100 years old still used, it is clear that this brewery is proud of it's history and tradition. A proper old brewery that makes beers of superb quality.
