Collaboration with May Provisions (based at Unity in Southampton). UK Cascade hopped saison with the addition of locally foraged elderflower. The elderflower is lighter so not such an overpowering flavour as it can sometimes be, and plays really well with the citrus and floral from the cascade hops.
