A unique collaboration between Lervig of Norway and our very own Magic Rock, combining the characteristics of two of the most refreshing styles around. The Saison yeast provides the unmistakeable dry, fruity esters whilst lashings of Citra and Centennial hops provide delicious citric and pine notes. The further addition of Brettanomyces yeast adds a subtle sour finish and a hint of peppery spice.

Since beginning production in 2003, Lervig have rubbed shoulders with the world's top brewers, collaborating with Evil Twin and Magic Rock whilst also producing the infamous Beer Geek Breakfast for Mikkeller.
