Hazy IPA with BRU-1, Chinook BBC and Citra Cryo

The hop bill for our latest Hazy IPA features BRU-1, known for its unique pineapple aroma and ability to compliment other hops, it’s even been referred to as the ‘king of haze’.

The experts advised that BRU-1 pairs particularly well with Chinook and Citra and they weren’t wrong! It’s all pineapple on the nose followed by juicy melon and stone fruit with undertones of soft spice and pine.
