This unique traditional Japanese ale pours a golden-pink colour. There is a wonderful subtle sweetness whilst notes of rhubarb and spices combine with a mild smokiness to form one of the most different beers you will ever try. 

Kuichi had been making Sake for nearly 70 years before they started brewing our beloved Hitachino Nest beers in 1996. Each beer created contains a hint of traditional Sake making methods and this is what makes Kuichi so unique in the world of brewing.
