BA Flanders Red with Pinot Noir Skins, Redcurrants and Cherries
Collaboration with Pastore Blending and Brewing
This Flanders Red style beer was fermented on Pinot Noir skins from grapes grown in Crouch Vale, Essex brought to us by our friends at Pastore. After three months on the skins we blended it with stock beer aged in red wine barrels. The resultant blend was conditioned on 100g/l of local Scottish redcurrants and third-use whole Frederiksdal sour cherries.
Drink young or age, this will get weirder.
