A crisp, clean, Bright DIPA.

Nelson, Motueka and Citra in all formats lending punchy layers of lupulin goodness and a clean dry finish. Noteworthy use of liquid hop products Citra Hyperboost and Motueka and Nelson HopKief. Fermented with California Ale Yeast for a paired back yeast ester presence. This brings a more neutral flavour profile (so we can focus on the hops), less juice, and a brighter appearance.
