Motueka takes the lead with bright lime sherbet notes, infusing the beer with a refreshing zest that tickles the palate. El Dorado complements this with a perfect balance of dank and pine, adding depth and richness to the flavour. A hint of Citra Spectrum is seamlessly integrated, enhancing the overall hop experience with its subtle, fruity undertones.
As with all our DDH Pales, The Closest Thing To Silence boasts a creamy body that significantly accentuates the mouthfeel, making each sip exceptionally smooth and enjoyable. This is a low-bitter Pale Ale with bags of hop impact.
