Building on our previous collaboration with Donzoko, Dark Skies, we amped-up the strength to create a rich, indulgent Baltic Porter that’s still clean and super smooth, then added a portion of beech-smoked malt to provide further depth of flavour.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
