Our latest DDH Pale to hit the fridges is packed with Idaho 7 and Citra combine to create a typically juicy pale ale. We love this style, and these two hops really show how much flavour you can pack into this slightly smaller package. 

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
