San Doku is the next in our 4% Pale ale series. We wanted to make this pale super drinkable with light notes and a crisp finish to keep you coming back for more.

Loral, Lorien & Citra make up the hop bill, the former two providing the light balance of stone fruit and bright citrus flavour. The latter makes sure there's a hint of tropical punch arriving on the palate.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
