Introducing Ordered State, a tantalizing 7% DDH IPA. This brew was crafted in collaboration with our Scottish neighbours from Overtone, and promises to be a vibrant and bold juice bomb.
During fermentation, we utilized a terpene-releasing enzyme to enhance the juicy flavours, followed by a generous infusion of Enigma and Motueka hops. The result is a sticky-sweet IPA that will leave fans of both breweries craving more.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
