For the latest iteration of Hooked On, we've made our first foray into using Superdelic, an ancestral hop varietal from North America and Europe, hybridised in New Zealand.

It brings a distinctive red candy, pomegranate and strawberry profile that sits underneath the citrus and tropical fruit notes we all have come to know and love from Kiwi hops.

Opened in 2015, Cloudwater boasts a team comprising of ex Brewdog and Port Street Beer House members as well as the former head brewer of legendary Manchester brewery, Marble. The idea is to produce a series of seasonal experimental beers which will push the boundaries of brewing.
