Classic spontaneously fermented blended Lambic displaying notes of citrus, ripe apples and oak with a tart sour character and dry finish.

A traditional family run Lambic brewery dating back to 1882 that was closed in 2002 and subsequently reopened in 2005 by two men driven to revive the outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beers that were previously produced.
