This outstanding and unique ale is created through the ageing of Bersalis Tripel in Chateauneuf du Pape barrels. Because the proximity to Oud Beersel's Lambic barrels, spontaneous fermentation occurs and a feast of flavours are delivered into the beer. A slight sourness combines with strong notes of oak, orange and Bretty funk to make this an instant classic.
