De Molen's flagship IPA is a modern classic in the beer world, having spawned many a tribute brew from their peers. Sweet malts and citrus, tropical hops are balanced to their ridiculously high standards.

De Molen (The Mill) was opened in 2004 by head brewer, Menno Olivier. They made their name by releasing a huge variety of top quality beers in very small quantities and their minimal labels are credited with having an influence on the contemporary presentation of beers. Once a year, they host their 'Borefts Beer Festival' which attracts the finest breweries in Europe and is regarded as a mecca for enthusiasts the world over.
