This truly unique beer is first brewed at Bosteels before being transferred to the French region of Champagne where it goes through the 'Methode Traditionelle'. The result is a light and crisp beverage somewhere between a beer and a glass of bubbly, displaying notes of citrus, spice and grass with a slight tartness and a long, dry finish.

Bosteels Brewery was founded in 1791 and, to this day, remains under the control of the same family. Although they only brew three beers, they are three of the most famous and critically acclaimed brews available from Belgium and each has a uniqueness like no other.
