An English attempt at a German Hefeweizen will always be heavily scrutinised, so it's just as well that Bristol Beer Factory have executed their Hefe to perfection. The thick, creamy head gives way to Notes of banana, clove and bubblegum on the nose and palate with a delicious, citrusy finish to make this a great sunshine beer.
