A Bramley apple Saison that was originally designed as, and named 'Barley Champagne' due to it's acidity, light crispness and carbonation being modelled on the famous sparkling wine. A letter from the Champagne Association meant a swift name change, however all the original characteristics are there for you to enjoy. Light citric notes, a strong, yeasty backbone and a subtle dry but slightly sour finish.

Beavertown was set up in 2011 by Logan Plant (son of Robert) in the back of the coolest BBQ joint in London, Dukes Brew and Que. Named after the nickname for the historic De Beauvoir area of the capital which was known as a place of bustling vibrancy and unrelenting revelry, Beavertown soon had to move to bigger premises. Logan and his team now have the space and scope to experiment and push their beers through every boundary you can imagine and further.
