We make mixed-culture, barrel fermented beer in Manchester. Having both worked in some of Manchester's best breweries over the past five years, we thought it was about time we put something of our own together.

Wild fermentation has been a passion for both of us since we started home brewing and we've had the dream of setting up our own brewery since soon after meeting. We are the only brewery in Manchester dedicated entirely to the production of barrel fermented, mixed culture beer and our focus is on high quality, complex yet drinkable beers made using British ingredients, sourced as locally as possible. All of our beer is vegan.
