Incorporating Dig Brew Co's knowledge of milkshake IPAs into our Always Vegan philosophy, Close Encounters is a "milk alternative IPA". Maltodextrin replaces lactose as the unfermentable sugar of choice for an extra creamy mouthfeel that remains vegan and lactose-free, whilst a massive hopping rate lends this plenty of citrus and stone fruit flavour.
