For this Perzik, we macerated vineyard peaches on two- and three-year old lambikken. The peaches were manually picked in the Mosel region in Germany, in between het steep hilled vineyards. The final fruit intensity clocks at 362 grams of vineyard peaches used per litre of finished Perzik.

Founded in 1887, 3 Fonteinen originally specialised in the blending of Lambic acquired from other breweries to produce outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beer. In 1998, they expanded and began brewing their own, however they still use beer from breweries such as Boon and Girardin to this day, making their output a true representation of the Lambic culture.
