An incredible Lambic fruit beer with a strong Brettanomyces and cherry character leading to a dry and sour finish

Founded in 1887, 3 Fonteinen originally specialised in the blending of Lambic acquired from other breweries to produce outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beer. In 1998, they expanded and began brewing their own, however they still use beer from breweries such as Boon and Girardin to this day, making their output a true representation of the Lambic culture.
