'Dozy' Lambuic refers to the rare occasions when Lambic doesn't referment in the bottle for absolutely no reason at all. A light oak and earthy funk characterise this blend of 1, 2 & 3 year old Lambic & the mild carbonation gives way to juicy notes of citrus and ripe apples leading to a very dry and clean finish.

Founded in 1887, 3 Fonteinen originally specialised in the blending of Lambic acquired from other breweries to produce outstanding Gueuze and Kriek beer. In 1998, they expanded and began brewing their own, however they still use beer from breweries such as Boon and Girardin to this day, making their output a true representation of the Lambic culture.
