Sparkling Medium Dry Fine Cider

Made up from an assortment of cider varieties grown on the farm in Herefordshire. All apples pressed individually and naturally fermented separately, Michelin 40% 2021, Dabinett 20% 2022, Gilly 20% 2022 and Ashton Bitters 20% from 2021. 

The blend has been bought to an approachable abv and subtle sweetness by adding fresh apple juice to the blend which brings an added zip of acidity for further refreshment.
