To create this bottle Braeburn, Bramley, & Jonagold apples were brought together & fermented in Islay Whisky cask.
It has peat & whisky character coming through from the barrel at the start, with a long body & crisp apple showing later.
Fermented with wild yeasts, racked & bottled by gravity without any filtration or added sulphur.
