Our favourite barrel aged 330ml cider is celebrating its 10th iteration. This was originally created with Ryan Burk, formerly of Angry Orchard, now of Occam Cider in the Hudson Valley, New York. It celebrates the many wonderful possibilities of tannic cider fermented by wild yeasts in oak barrels.
Gold Rush #10 pours a dark, bright molasses amber and you'll find autumnal fruit with a touch of funk on the nose; in the mouth, rich, ripe apple with seville orange marmalade and a touch of oak barrel.
