Naturally Sparkling Dry Fine Cider

A robust but quaffable, complex yet refreshing cider bottled Pet Nat Style!
The name refers to the seasonal farmhouse ale brewed by farmers to quench the thirst of their seasonal workers during harvest, & this bottle is very much the cider equivalent! 

Dry & spicy with soft, balanced tannin & acidity. It exhibits typical West Country cider phenolics; a subtly funky yeasty character & a sweet, refreshing fruitiness. The long, slow, wild fermentation brought out a smooth, rustic element. Fermented with wild yeasts & unfiltered. Triple Vintage.
