Sparkling Dry Traditional Method Fine Cider 

A harmonious & balanced cuvée made from a mixture of fully ripe hand picked varieties, from orchards fostered by makers Polly & Mat in the Exe Valley, Devon. It’s a field blend from the 2019 harvest, consisting of equal parts from each of the orchards, blended together to enhance the quality of the individual parts; giving more layered nuance & complexity.

The resulting cider is delicate & harmonious with creamy bubbles, honey & acacia on the nose, & lingering fruity flavours of green apple on the palate, & lovely bright golden colour. This is a true celebration bottle, made by an incredible ethos - swap out the grower Champagne for it, it's exquisite.
