Still Sweet Spiced Ice Cider

A blend of several vintages of ice cider, with apple brandy, distilled for Brännland by Tevsjö distillery, also of Sweden, & natural spices.

Bright amber with shades of gold, & on the nose luring cinnamon, cloves, anise, ginger, nutmeg & vanilla - pierced through by a basket of freshly harvested bergamot. The taste of ripe bergamot is elevated by the acidity, turning towards traditional Christmas species such as cinnamon & anise. All wrapped together with a bear hug of wintery apples & a delightful sweetness.

Brännland Cider produces artisanal ice cider on the Baltic seaboard of northern Sweden based on 100% apple juice and completely free from additives We want to develop a uniquely Swedish ice cider with its origin in the specific flavour profile and growing conditions of Swedish apples.

Our apples originate in both Northern and Southern Sweden. We combine winter apples hand picked in our home county of Västerbotten on the Baltic seaboard with premium apples from a carefully selected grower in the heart of south Swedish apple country.
