100% Listán Negro. High altitude wine from traditional vineyards on the volcanic slopes of this Atlantic Island.  The nose is clean with aromas of cranberries, cherries and plums along with balsamic notes. The palate is smooth with silky tannins good minerality and acidity. Pair w/ Charcuterie, grilled pork, tapas or medium/hard cheese.
